Conceptic Design provides product warranties. Please note that not all damage may be covered under warranty. The manufacturer is not obliged to eliminate deficiencies free of charge if they arose due to:
- careless operation (for example, mechanical damage);
- natural wear and tear; misuse;
- improper transportation or storage of goods.
How to return / exchange an item:
- Describe the nature of the damage or defect;
- Take high-quality informative photographs reflecting the manifestations of a defect or damage;
- Send photos and a description indicating the date and place of purchase of products to email@example.com
In the event of defects or damage to products in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Any self-modification or use not intended by the properties of the product will void the warranty. We provide free warranty service for products within 6 months from the date of purchase. Our product bowls and flasks are not covered by the warranty.
Before first use, thoroughly wash all parts of the product with detergent!
